GAYLYNNE ISBELL CAM, CAMT, CAPS
Gaylynne serves as a Regional Supervisor for Alpha Barnes. In her role, she manages, directs and implements strategies to ensure the successful achievement of operational efficiencies and profitability for clients and their assets. Gaylynne offers her clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including resident relations, vendor management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. She directly supervises the activities of all property managers and regional office staff for a portfolio of properties targeting positive financial results. Ms. Isbell supervises 5 assets, totaling 673 units comprised of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing, Project Based Section 8 and conventional properties.
Gaylynne Isbell began her career as an Assistant Manager in 1982 at a 274-unit conventional property in Abilene, Texas. She extended her experience with other property management firms before joining Alpha Barnes in 2018 as a Regional Supervisor. Gaylynne began working on LIHTC properties in 1990 and has continued to work with tax credit communities and their owners.
Gaylynne is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)and a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS). Gaylynne has been recognized by the Texas Apartment Association as Manager of the Year Award and Regional Manager of the Year Award. In 2010 she received the NAA Professional Designate of the Year.
