Christine Bradley, CAM, CAPS, HCCP, MORS
Senior Regional Supervisor
Christine serves as a Senior Regional Supervisor for Alpha Barnes. In her role, she manages, directs and implements strategies to ensure the successful achievement of operational efficiencies and profitability for clients and their assets. Christine offers her clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including resident relations, vendor management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. She directly supervises the activities of all property managers and regional office staff for a portfolio of properties targeting positive financial results. Ms. Bradley supervises 12 assets, totaling almost 1,300 units comprised of Low Income Housing Tax (LIHTC) housing, Senior, conventional and HUD financed communities.
Ms. Bradley began her property management career in 1983 as a Leasing Agent. She has since expanded her expertise to include business development, management of multi-family conventional and tax credit communities, single family homes, operation of Homeowner Associations (HOA’s), and leasing and management of high-rise and retail strip center commercial buildings. In 2004, she joined Alpha Barnes and has since been responsible for new construction and rehab projects as well as the operations of stabilized properties. Her experience now includes managing and operating affordable housing including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. She was promoted to a Regional Supervisor position in 2008 and a Senior Regional Supervisor in 2012
Christine is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Management and Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS).
